War Powers Act 2004

The War Powers Act 2004 was a set of law in the United States that governed the ability to declare martial law and rescind its status. President Daniel Thompson used the War Powers Act 2004 to remove the state of emergency and thus remove the presence of Volunteer forces on the Earth who were hunting for members of the Liberation movement.
